K------< is for focused Kindness:)

We now know that all of the letters of our alphabet were originally, way back in the day, drawings of animals and houses and such on the walls of caves and stones. Most were like stick drawings. A K was originally an arrowhead stuck in a tree or a wall. Many transitions from drawings to letters are fairly obvious, like a fish hook to an F, or a woman rejoicing to an E, or a waling stick to an L. Other transitions are a bit of a reach. Teaching people and especially children the pictures from which the letters evolved is really very wise and insightful. Someday, after I have moved on to my next great adventure, the educational systems will do just that. However, it is still true that IT’S NEVER NOT NOW, so I have begun, happily:). Share freely with small children and those who have small children. Choosing first names can be a wonderful teaching tool! For instance, Abby, in the original drawings, means Alive, Built well, Built doubly well, and I AM. Abby means “I Am alive and very strong.” A good name to have…..and to live up to:). What is your name? Tell me, and I will tell you what it came from and what it means, happily:).
