So many of us Christians claim we believe in Scriptures, yet, when it comes to Scriptures like this one, we just move on past them, being in such a hurry to get back to our worries, fears, and business: “In Him we live, and move, and have our being.”
Well, where else could we be since God is everywhere?
IF this is true, we have nothing to look forward to that is not already here. Jesus called it “the kingdom of God.” “It’s never not now” is a lyric in a Jad Fair song and a Rachel Anne song. “Now is the acceptable time.” God’s Name is “I AM,” not I WAS or I WILL BE. Eternity is not endless time….it is endless now. WE CAN PARTICIPATE IN ETERNITY NOW, BUT ONLY NOW! “BE HERE FOR IT,” SAYS MY GRANDSON. I’ll have to think about that one for a while:).
