We seem to have this tendency to want to lean-on strong leaders, heros and heroines, and super-heroes. So…..we find or create heroes. Sometimes we do a really great job finding our heroes…..like Mother Teresa, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and Jesus. Sometimes we do a really bad joy selecting our heroes. I could give you a list, but your list is what matters. This tendency comes from God Himself! Why? Because the nature of our eternal relationship is Father and Son….Son and Father. Possibly God can be our hero? Does a creature deeply revere its Creator?
